Two senior U.S. intelligence officials said recently that defense and intelligence employees have an “unbelievable” amount of child pornography on their work computers and devices, and that child porn has been found on the systems of the National Security Agency, the country’s biggest intelligence organization. In the intel(ligence) field, knowledge is often used as a currency. Knowledge of an actor’s “hobbies” grants the affected agencies a tremendous amount of leverage (or “currency”) that they can use at a future date. Blindly reporting every incident to law enforcement is like using $100 bills for cigarette paper.

Quite true. So when evil boss needs some unauthorized, illegal task done, he/she will extort CP-downloader to do the dirty deed. Easy enough, right?
